Brenda Hammon is an international Amazon best-selling author, philanthropist, entrepreneur, life insurance broker, intuitive and psychic medium, and speaker. Brenda competed successfully for many years on the Dressage circuit in Canada with horses she bred, raised, and trained. However, due to knee injuries, she was forced to end her passion for riding. Brenda's passion for breaking the cycle of silence led her to write her own memoir--I Am. After the success of her first books, she launched a four-book series called Sacred Hearts Rising, an anthology of stories from people who have overcome seemingly insurmountable odds. Sacred Hearts Rising was a tribute to her granddaughter, who passed away at seven days old. Brenda didn't want her granddaughter forgotten, so she shared her story in the first book in the series. From there, Sacred Hearts Rising held annual events to honour all the authors who shared their stories in each book. Their stories showed how they were able to start taking the steps forward to leaving the past in the past.
